Dr. Madhavi has authored two books titled 'Interpretation of Statutes' & 'Death with Dignity - a delusion of dilemma', Co- authored a book titled "Telangana- Land & People Vol-I, II & III", Edited a book titled 'Human Security faultlines - a contemporary
discourse', presented around 45 research papers in National and International conferences and seminars and published 45 research papers in journals of national & international repute. Currently she is guiding 6 Ph.D research scholars in Law.
Dr. Madhavi has generated e-modules on Criminal Procedure Code for University Grants Commission, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India & on Criminal Law for Andhra Pradesh Police Department (CID). She has also developed e- content on Right to Information Act & Swachha Bharat Abhiyan for University Grants Commission to train the Faculty in Public Policy through SWAYAM Platform organized by the Department of Public Policy, Law & Governance, Central University of Rajasthan, Government of India.
Dr. Madhavi is a Recognized Trainer (RT) in Mentoring Skills accredited by Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India. She has done Trainer Development Programmes (TDPs) like Design of Training (DoT), Direct Trainer Skills (DTS), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Experiential Learning Tools (ELT), Management of Training (MoT) accredited by Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India.
Dr. Madhavi is a Resource person for Law subjects for Foundation Courses for All India Services & Central Civil Services Officers, Military Engineer Services, Group 1 Services Officers of Telangana State and various other courses conducted at MCRHRDI. She has conducted many training Programs at Dr. MCRHRDIT for various Administrative Academies and Organizations as Course Director Viz. Deputy Collectors of Gujarat State
& Nagaland State, Geological Survey of India, Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India & Smart Technology Parks of India and Indian Air Force Authorities etc.

Sri Saka Venkateswara Rao is a triple Post Graduate in (1) Public Administration; (2) Political Science; (3) Economics and holds a PG Diploma in Information Technology. Presently pursuing Ph. D. on "Capacity Enhancement of Public Servants of Telangana" through Dr.BR Ambedkar Open University.
Joined in Dr.MCR HRD Institute of Telangana as Assistant-cum-Typist in April,1990 through Public Service Commission. Total working experience in the Institute is 34 years in different capacities. Worked on deputation during 2001-2002 in National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad as Office Superintendent.
Underwent Trainer Development Programmes (TDPs) like Direct Trainer Skills; Design of Training; Systematic Approach to Training; Training Needs Analysis; Experiential Learning Tools and Management of Training accredited by DoPT, GoI, New Delhi.
He is presently working as Faculty in Centre for Law & Public Administration (CLP) since May,2016. His domain and areas of expertise in District Office Manual (DOM) - Office Procedures; Noting, Drafting, Disposal of Files & Records. Dr. Kandukuri Usha Rani, is a Head & Senior Faculty Member at the Centre for Disaster Management & Sustainable Development (CDS). She obtained Ph.D.& M.Sc.(Organic Chemistry) from Osmania University, Hyderabad, M.Ed. from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, and Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication and Translation Techniques in Telugu from University of Hyderabad. She Visited Cambridge University, Amsterdam University, & Frankfurt University regarding Research topics in Ecology & Chemistry. Received "Senior Scientist Award" for best paper presentation at International Conference Harmony -2013, D.D.U, Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, India.
In the past, she worked as Educational Psychology Lecturer at District Institute of Education and Training, Karimnagar, Asst. Professor in Education and Research Training Wing of Board of Intermediate Education, AP and also Asst. Professor of Chemistry in various Degree and PG colleges under Collegiate Education, Telangana State. She has 28 years of teaching experience.

Mrs. G. Jhansi Rani, is a Post Graduate in Women Studies from Sri Padmavathi Mahila University, Tirupati. She is N.C.C "C" Certificate holder with Under Officer rank and N.S.S Certificates holder. Apartfrom many other task specific training programes, sheunderwent DOPT courses - DTS,DoT,MoT,Participatory Methodologies, Permaculture,sustainable agriculture, watershed management etc.
She has put up 18+ year's experience mostly with government systems in sectors of Irrigation management, watershed management and livelihoods along with functions of capacity building(trainingneeds assessment, modules development,organization and coordination of training programmes in FTCs, CLRCs etc),community mobilisation (tribal, women, farmers in dryland areas) and institution development (Farmers Organisations, Lift Irrigation Associations, Self Help Groups, Watershed Committees, VTDAs etc). Other experience areas include Monitoring and evaluation, Coordination, Networking and Budgetary Control.
Her major professional assignments include working in Water and Land Management Training and Research Institute (WALAMTARI), APSIDC, Naandi Foundation, SERP, APRLP, Department of Tribal Welfare and ASSIST (a reputed voluntary organisation in AP). Presently, she is servingas facultymember for management of DTUs.
