"Ashley Baker is responsible for developing and implementing Georgetown McDonough's custom programs centering on global leadership and operations, strategy, and change management for U.S. and international organizations. In the past, Baker was a Presidential Management Fellow, completing assignments at the Government National Mortgage Association, U.S. Treasury
Department, Overseas Private Investment Corporation, and U.S. State Department.

"Imke Baumann is responsible for program development for Georgetown McDonough's custom programs, centering on global leadership and operations, strategy, and change management for organizations both in the U.S. and abroad.
Baumann previously worked as associate director of program management at Georgetown McDonough, managing the delivery of executive customized programs for clients such as SK Group, KPMG, and Booz Allen Hamilton. She holds a master's degree in international relations from Georgetown University and bachelor's degrees in business and management as well as sociology from Albion College in Michigan.
